I will always maintain independence, objectivity, and be acquainted, comply with company regulations & policies when performing my duties.

I will not disclose company's internal information and customer information to anyone as per secrecy obligation.

I will always treat customers as if I represent the company and maintain my dignity as an employee.

I will not acquire, use, disseminate confidential information regarding competitors or intellectual information held by others in an inappropriate manner.

I will not receive money and other valuables that exceed the regulated amount, in particular will refrain from receiving excessive congratulations and condolences money gifts from customers or subcontractors.

I will refrain from making public comments regarding the company when contacted with mass media such as newspaper, broadcast and will go through prior consultation with person in charge of public relations & legal affairs.

I am obligated to protect and preserve the company's entire tangible & intangible assets including intellectual properties, business secrets and data.

I will maintain a healthy working environment that is free of violence, drinking, sexual harassment, abusive language, and other wrongful acts.

I am obligated to report to and take orders from the company where there is or possibility of a public investigation and litigation related to my duties.

If I have to make decisions regarding ethical issues or regulations, I shall receive advice from the company and immediately report any inappropriate conduct that violates the ethics regulations.
