Conflict Minerals

Regarding the use of "Conflict Minerals", as such term is specified in the H.R. 4173 "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act"(the "Act").

In line with our policy, proper measures are being taken by us to ensure that our activities are conducted with no involvement in the exploitation and trade of Conflict Minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo ("DRC"). As this standard applies all of our suppliers, we can reasonably state that we do not knowingly do business with parties who dishonor the Act and/or our policy. Accordingly, we hereby state that, to the best of our knowledge and understanding, our products do not contain Conflict Minerals.

To the extent that a specific supplier of ours acquires a portion of its materials from the DRC and that such activity has been actively brought to our knowledge by our supplier, we have been presented with seemingly genuine certificates, attesting to the fact that such specific supplier's sources are legally authorized by relevant local government, and that all local employees of such supplier are legally employed.
